Dean Harris

Born into a building family, our industry truly does run in Dean’s blood and, post a university degree, it was only ever building that he would follow. A rise through the ranks within one of Australia’s largest building companies eventually led into a range of senior management roles. Today, his wealth of experience in all facets of building and an unwavering commitment to excellence is passed to both our team and the clients that we build for.

Mark Peers

Prior to establishing Coast Homes in 2015 and hand-picking a team of industry experts to help him along, Mark Peers ran one of WA’s highest-profile building companies, employing more than 100 permanent staff and in excess of 500 contractors. His knowledge and success during this time (43 MBA/HIA awards and the Australian MBA Housing Excellence Award) are entirely reflected in the quality and credentials of the Coast Homes team, who have chosen to join him in creating a West Australian building company committed to excellence.

Roy Landless

Roy is as about as close to a ‘Super Consultant’ as you could get. A background in Business and Corporate Banking means he knows all about finance and the art of making dreams come true – and easier to achieve. A period of his life was dedicated to real estate which he enjoyed immensely, but he was only ever selling ‘someone else’s homes'. With Coast, Roy gets to combine his experience, listen carefully to his clients, and work towards creating something brand new, absolutely original and brilliant.

Gary Russo

Gary has a professional background running his own small business and therefore completely understands working within budgets, with people and as part of a team. With an eye for detail and a passion for design, Gary enjoys a reputation as a brilliant consultant within Coast Homes. His hard work and dedication have resulted in many happy clients who chose to work with Gary and Coast Homes to achieve their dream home.

Fab Marion

Throughout his career, Fab has helped over 200 clients design and build their dream home and received eight industry awards for excellence in his field as a New Home Building Consultant. The driving force behind it all is Fab’s genuine passion for his role and pride in both the houses he collaborates on and the client relationships he builds along the way. Fab's years of industry knowledge and experience make him expertly equipped to talk all things building with those looking to begin their building journey.

Ian Rodwell

Ian believes that if the partnership between client and company is strong, and the design beautiful, everything else simply falls into place. Having designed and built homes for families both here in Australia, and the United States, Ian brings great vitality and a pragmatic, practised dedication to excellence. He feels that his ability to put himself in his client's shoes, to invest himself into their investment with Coast, is the secret to a successful home building journey.

Janine Furey

Building a home is an incredibly emotional journey and, more often than not, one of life’s biggest moments. Janine’s role is not refined to ‘finish and style’ but also to make the end of the building journey great fun, entirely rewarding and, of course, beautiful. Listening and understanding to clients is a skill in itself and with a career and portfolio that is second to none, Coast Homes and our clients benefit from Janine’s outstanding eye, knowledge and know-how.

Leah Elliot

Interpret and create. This is what Leah does. She listens to our clients wants and needs, disseminates the information and brings their ideas to absolute life. Ten awards for excellence and a career spanning two decades is testament to Leah’s dedication to design, but it is the clients she works with and for that still excites her the most. Making it fun, getting it right and handing over the keys to a dream is what it’s all about.

Karen Panton

With almost 30 years as an interior design expert, Karen offers Coast Homes’ clients a fantastic resource of both current and classic design experience. Karen chose to work with Coast based upon her own mantra; ‘Be on board, not on trend.’ This means that whilst current trends should certainly be considered, they must also be true to ‘you’. What do you like? Generally, a dream home is also a ‘forever’ home, so you have to be comfortable and, most importantly, you have to be happy.

Peter Parker

Peter’s career kickstarted as a Carpenter under the guidance of now-retired building legend, Garry Brown-Neaves, and he has gone on to forge his own reputation as a true craftsmen. The leap to Site Manager in 1997 enabled Peter to mentor a range of trades and mould them into brilliant teams building fantastic homes. His passion for excellence and the industry in general saw him quickly climb the ranks and Peter is now pivotal in ensuring that every Coast home carries his personal seal of quality.

Brendon Gibbs

Not surprisingly, Brendon’s career flourished under the professional tutelage of Coast’s Building Manager, Peter Parker. A Draftsman by trade, fuelled by a love of building and design, Brendon has now been instrumental in the completion of more than 150 homes throughout his career. Whilst the numbers lend him a wealth of building experience, his day-to-day philosophy with Coast is treat every home with time, care and an absolute commitment to quality.

Jules Bartolomei

There is arguably no better place to begin in the building game - and to understand the hard-yakka involved - than as a bricklayer. That’s where Jules Bartolomei began. After twenty years of plying his trade, and becoming one of the best brickies around, Jules transitioned into construction management and today is a highly regarded Site Manager. Jules proffers a combined forty years of complete building experience and an unwavering passion for a job well done.
