‘The Sawyer’ was Coast’s first display home south of the river, in beautiful Salter Point. Circa 1880, Samuel Salter, a sawyer by trade, was responsible for many pioneering firsts in the region. Drawing on this history we feel we have taken equally bold steps to create a breathtakingly modern design.

Its elevation presents angles that immediately set it apart and create an exciting benchmark for what lies within. Brilliant execution in open plan design and an inspired use of glass complete a home that’s light, bright and incredibly smart. ‘The Sawyer’, Salter Point, really does represent ‘Pioneering Next’.
